RPR Advisory Board
The RPR Advisory Board was originally appointed by NAR Leadership in 2008 with the goal of creating a member based group of Advisors to provide direction, strategies and feedback on all aspects of the RPR system and business model development. This group is made up of State and Local Association Executives, Appraisers, MLS Executives, and commercial and residential brokers and agents. The Advisory Board was renewed in late 2009 to continue their work as Advisors to the Realtors Property Resource, LLC. Board of Directors.
Realtors Property Resource, LLC. Board of Directors
This group was created in November of 2009 immediately after the incorporation of the Realtors Property Resource, LLC; Led by Chairman of the Board, Dale Stinton, the Realtors Property Resource, LLC, Board of Directors is made up of State and Local Association Executives, MLS Executives, and commercial and residential brokers. Its task is to provide oversight, feedback and direction on the business issues and policies of the Realtors Property Resource, LLC.
RPR User Advisory Council
This group is designed to be a standing User Council to assist the RPR Management and Development Team with system enhancements, as well as potential applications and features to the RPR system. It will be comprised of professionals throughout the country, recommended by Associations, MLS/CEI’s, Appraisers, Brokers and commercial and residential agents. This group will begin as early Beta test members and continue to offer system feedback after the initial launch of the RPR system.
RPR Beta Test Markets
These sites will be market-specific test groups with participating MLS/CIE’s who have entered into agreements to provide their data feeds to the RPR system. Approximately ten Beta Test Markets will be comprised of forty to fifty selected users per market. These Users will test system functionality and features of the RPR prototype system containing the aggregation of RPR data layers with current and historical market data from the participating MLS/CIE. Users will also test and provide feedback on the RPR system’s advanced search and reporting features, via direct login to the RPR system prior to launch. Beta test markets will be the first systems to have full RPR integration for their members at launch.
