Dale Ross, CEO
As a real estate consultant and/or broker to many companies, Mr. Ross has been involved with asset management, renovations, and sales disposition of commercial and residential ground, hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, shopping centers, and office buildings. His activities have also included negotiations with lenders, limited partners, developers, and investors; preparation of property budgets; contract negotiations; and working with franchise companies, tenants and other related parties in various capacities.
In 1994, he co-founded the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer for seven years. In 1985, Mr. Ross served as President of the Montgomery Association of REALTORS®. Four years later, he became the youngest member to be elected President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, which serves more than 30,000 REALTOR® members in the state of Maryland. In 2001, Mr. Ross became a charter member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership for Housing Foundation, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization funded with seed money from the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. He was President of the Partnership from 2004-2008, and remains on the Board of Directors today. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the real estate community, in 2001, he was awarded Maryland Association of REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award.
In 2009, NAR formed Realtor Property Resources, LLC to develop and operate a real estate property-centric database for its members, which is planned to become the largest national database in the country. Mr. Ross was selected to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of this new venture.
Marty Frame, President
Marty is the president of RPR, in which capacity he is responsible for the company’s product strategies and business operations. Prior to RPR, he was the general manager of Cyberhomes.com for Fidelity National Financial and Lender Processing Services, and the Chief Technology Officer of REALTOR.com for Move, Inc. Marty is a graduate of Yale University and was one of Inman News’s “100 Most Influential Real Estate People” in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Mona Steen, Senior Vice-President of Industry Relations
Mona Steen is the Senior Vice President for Industry Relations for the Realtors Property Resource, LLC, a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors. Mona’s 25-years of experience in the real estate industry includes work with MLS vendors, Realtor.com, where she was Sr. Vice President of Sales and Industry Relations, and most recently, she headed Industry Relations for Cyberhomes.
Jeff Young, Senior Vice President of Operations
Jeff, a Realtor® since 1995, has served as 2002 President of the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors® (WMLAR) where he was named Realtor® of The Year. He continued his volunteer leadership as 2008 President of the Michigan Association of Realtors® (MAR), and numerous committee positions with NAR, including being appointed to the first Board of Directors for NAR’s Second Century Ventures. Jeff, a top producing residential Broker was also an owner and Managing Partner of Woodland Realty, Inc., a nine office, independent company on Michigan’s West coast, until 2006 when Woodland was sold to Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty. Jeff then served as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt until September 2008 when he joined NAR as Director for the Realtors Property Resource™.
