Residential

The Property Report covers everything a buyer needs to know. It is a comprehensive look at a specific property and includes detailed property information, property history, an estimated value, current and historical listing photos, and foreclosure activity. The Property Report also has local market statistics, school ratings and reviews, and neighborhood demographics. Learn more about our Property Report.

The Seller’s Report is an ideal listing presentation. It contains detailed property information for a specific property, including an estimated value,  local market statistics, recommended pricing strategy, seller’s proceeds worksheet, and recent market activity within the subject property zip code. The Property Flyer is a one-page report. It includes your choice of photo, basic property facts, and a map, along with your contact information and branding. Learn more about our Property Flyer.

The Mini Property Report is a condensed version of our Property Report. It includes detailed property information, current and historical listing photos, property history, and an estimated value. The Valuation Workbook is a detailed presentation that includes an advanced, appraisal style CMA (Sales Comparison Analysis). You must have completed a Sales Comparison Analysis to create a Valuation Workbook. Learn more about our Valuation Workbook.

  

The Market Activity Report showcases what is happening in the local real estate market. You can include new listings, closed sales, price changes, expired listings, open houses, and more. Market Snapshots display data for estimated home values, sale price, and list price, in the form of stats and map layers. Learn more about our Market Activity Report.

The Neighborhood Report summarizes the data found on the Neighborhood page. It includes charts and statistics about the housing, people, economics and quality of life of the neighborhood. Learn more about our Neighborhood Report.

The School Report contains enrollment information, school ratings, test scores, and public reviews. The school’s contact information is included along with a map that shows the school’s location. It also has ratings and data for nearby schools and showcases properties that are for sale within the school district or a distance specified by you. Learn more about our School Report.

Commercial

The Commercial Property Report is a comprehensive look at a specific commercial property. It includes detailed property information, tenant data, traffic counts, listing information (when available), and foreclosure activity. The Trade Area Report breaks down an area into tapestry segments based on socioeconomic and demographic characteristics. It displays the tapestry segments in numerical order with #1 being the most dominant. The people within each tapestry segment are defined and their characteristics and habits are explained in great detail. Learn more about our Trade Area Report.

The Trade Area Analysis report is a way to display the results of your completed Commercial Site Selection analysis. Begin by creating an analysis using our Commercial Site Selection tool, where you will examine demographic and socioeconomic data to find the best trade area to locate a business. RPR is a National Association of REALTORS® member benefit that is included in a REALTORS® annual dues. There is no additional cost.

Having a valid MLS and agent ID on your RPR Profile is the key to your being able to see listing data in RPR. If you belong to an MLS, but do not know your agent ID, call us at (877) 977-7576 or open a Live Chat from the Help tab. We will quickly find your MLS and agent ID and add it to your RPR account.

RVM® and AVM estimated values are the result of multiple automated valuation models that use proprietary algorithms to provide an estimated property value. An RVM® is displayed when data is available and criteria is met to generate one. If not, an AVM is displayed. Estimated values are available for single-family residences, condominiums, and smaller multi-family properties. RVM® and AVM estimated values are updated twice a month. Learn more about RVM/AVMs.

RVM®: Includes on-market and off-market MLS listing data, plus publicly recorded sold data. An RVM® is a more accurate estimation than an AVM.

AVM:  Draws solely from publicly recorded sold data

RPR has partnered with the AARP Public Policy Institute to bring the AARP Livability™ Index to our residential property details pages and reports. Scores displayed in RPR are the result of comparisons of ZIP Codes across the U.S. for the services and amenities that make a community livable for people of all ages.

The Trade Area Summary displays demographic facts and stats for a chosen area, along with the area’s top socioeconomic and demographic segments  (based on Esri Tapestry data). You can access a Trade Area Summary from the Property Summary and from the map of a Commercial Site Selection analysis. Find out more about the Trade Area Summary.

DownPayment Resource® provides guidance on down payment assistance programs within the local area. If your MLS receives this information from DownPayment Resource®, it will appear in the right panel of the Property Summary, in the ADDITIONAL RESOURCES section. The link will take you to an external site for more information on local programs.

The Seller’s Net Sheet allows you to estimate how much your client will profit from the sale of their property. With each input, the Net Cash to Seller total will automatically update. RPR and ShowingTime have teamed up to provide a scheduling link on the RPR website and mobile app. If your MLS or brokerage has a relationship with ShowingTime, you can schedule a property showing from the Property Summary of authorized listings. The flood zone map layer shows an area’s flood zone designation as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

An Opportunity Zone is an economically-distressed community where new investments, under certain conditions, may be eligible for preferential tax treatment. Some 8,700 Census Tracts are designated Opportunity Zones nationwide, and they are searchable in both residential and commercial mode in RPR. Learn more about Opportunity Zones.

You can build a CMA in the mobile app using a workflow similar to the website feature. Begin by selecting the Create CMA button on the details screen of any residential property. Learn more about creating a CMA in the RPR app.

To see an area’s Flood Map Zone data layer, select the map view in your search results, then select the Data Layer icon in the right panel of the map. In the menu that appears, choose Flood Zones and click the Apply button.

You can find the flood zone designation for a property on the Property Summary. See the Location Details section.

Choose from two CMA options, then follow 5 easy steps where you will confirm the property facts, choose comps, make adjustments, review your result, and create a report. Select the Create CMA link on the Pricing Tools section of the Property Information page to begin.
