RPR began the new year with a number of internal and external achievements. More than 10,300 REALTORS® in the Ohio region will now access their regional listing data within the RPR Platform, thanks to recently executed data content license agreements. RPR is receiving an award by the nation’s largest local REALTOR® association. Our latest product release gives REALTORS® the ability to upload custom PDF pages to RPR reports. And the AMP team has released a sneak peek into one of its technology partner.
In 2016, RPR continued its mission to develop “best in class” data, analytics and reports for NAR’s 1.2 million REALTORS®. RPR’s Product Development team achieved 10 combined Mobile/Data/Website product releases, bringing RPR’s total number of product version releases to 55 since the launch of the RPR Residential Platform in 2010.
RPR demonstrated two milestone technology deliverables for Upstream and RPR’s AMP (Advanced Multi-List Platform) project at NAR’s recent REALTORS® Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL. Each presentation included a live demonstration of integrations with third party technology vendors, leveraging real-time MLS data.
RPR is preparing for another promising week at the NAR Annual Conference and Expo on November 4-7, 2016. RPR will provide a variety of opportunities to learn about its initiatives, such as, user forums that highlight practical benefits and use cases for Agents and Brokers, to numerous presentations.

On May 25, 2016, RPR released version 1.50 marking the 51st product release since its launch in September 2010. With this release, keyword search has been enhanced in both Residential and Commercial Platforms to search specific feature fields, including: Neighborhood, Address Zone (Zoning), Address Area (MLS Area), Exterior Style, Exterior Water Features, Listing Subtype, and MLS Subtype.
On April 12, 2016, RPR released version 1.49 marking the 50th product release since its launch in September 2010. This release improved the search experience for residential and commercial users. Now when REALTORS® search an address using the For Sale search type, RPR will auto-suggest properties that are currently active and for sale within their MLS. Also in this release, Commercial practitioners can now search the listing description field of properties using a new keyword search field.
On March 15, 2016, RPR released version 1.48 marking its 49th product release since its launch in September 2010. This release introduces a new data source for school information, integrates with an improved analysis tool for property investors, and features 2015 demographic and population data for commercial market analysis and Economic Area Reports.
