April 2016 RPR Product Release

On April 12, 2016, RPR released version 1.49 marking the 50th product release since its launch in September 2010. This release improved the search experience for residential and commercial users. Now when REALTORS® search an address using the For Sale search type, RPR will auto-suggest properties that are currently active and for sale within their MLS. Also in this release, Commercial practitioners can now search the listing description field of properties using a new keyword search field. Additionally, RPR Mobile™ now includes a Redo Search button. This new feature allows users to pan and zoom the map without executing a new search with each move. Instead choose the Redo Search button once the map is positioned to reveal properties that match the criteria. For a complete overview of the April release, visit the RPR blog.

RPR Announces Partnership with Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies for RPR AMP™

On April 22, 2016, RPR announced that Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. has agreed to partner with RPR to provide a front-end technology for RPR’s Advanced Multi-List Platform™ (AMP™). Lone Wolf’s WOLFconnect™ is a real estate technology platform, which delivers enterprise level functionality from client management to accounting. The pairing of WOLFconnect™ to AMP™ provides brokers and MLSs a unique and robust front end of choice.

“RPR AMP™ is a logical and welcome step forward in MLS service,” says Rob Overman, CTO at Lone Wolf. “The MLS can purchase the front end for their members, while brokers can purchase office products for their agents and all of the products will be available to the agent from a single software platform. WOLFconnect™ will also support single sign-on with third-party products purchased by the MLS or broker. REALTORS® Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo-2016

RPR will be participating in the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo in Washington D.C. from May 9-14, 2016. This year, RPR staff will be providing progress reports to NAR Leadership, as well as various committees and forums, on an array of high value features for REALTORS®, such as; RPR Mobile™ for phones and tablets, RPR View™ (RPR’s Datashare Platform), new Commercial features such as Valuate®, and RPR’s Federal and Local Economic Area Reports which support Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs) and State and Local Association staff. RPR staff will also be providing information on RPR’s Advanced Multi-List Platform™ (AMP™) project, and supporting members of UpstreamRE, LLC in one of the industry’s biggest initiatives, Project Upstream.

Additionally, RPR staff will be available at the RPR Booth #1707 in the NAR REALTOR® Pavilion during the Trade Expo. We hope to see you there.

ClientLook Integration with RPR Commercial

Recently ClientLook, a commercial real estate CRM, launched a new integration with RPR Commercial delivering REALTORS® one-click access to demographics, psychographics, consumer spending data, market activity, and economic statistics all from within the ClientLook property module. This integration only takes a few minutes for REALTORS® to set up from within the ClientLook Platform. REALTORS® that have enabled this integration will see three distinct buttons within a dedicated RPR section of ClientLook’s property module: Location Details, Demographic Analyses and Client Reports.

REALTOR® Spotlight

This month’s REALTOR® spotlight comes from San Diego, California where you will find Barbara Marsh, a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 United Brokers.
