RPR® Expands Network of MLS Partnerships in Major Markets

As part of its ongoing servicing initiative to license local and regional MLS data for REALTORS®, Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®) is pleased to announce the execution of two new licensed partnerships in August 2015.

The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR) will now offer their 12,000+ REALTOR® members the opportunity to utilize RPR’s full functionality by integrating their MLS data within the RPR Platform.

“The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce that the Association, serving over 12,042 members in Southern Nevada, has entered into a partnership with Realtors Property Resource®,” says Michele Caprio, GLVAR CEO. “This benefit will enhance the data and analytics our REALTOR® members can use to create customized market reports to assist their clients in the home buying and home selling process.”

“RPR is very pleased with the support by the leadership of the GLVAR to license their local MLS listing data within the RPR Platform for their REALTOR® members,” says RPR CEO Dale Ross. “With the launch of RPR Mobile™, now optimized for tablets, GLVAR’s REALTOR® members will receive the benefit having their MLS data integrated within the full array of RPR’s features, tools and reports, right on their smartphones and tablets. RPR would like to thank the leadership of the GLVAR for their decision to bring RPR’s full functionality to their REALTOR® members.”

Launch for the integration of GVLAR’s MLS data is targeted for late 2015.

Additionally, RPR is pleased to announce the integration of licensed MLS data for the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® MLS’s 2,000+ members in Alabama.

The Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® MLS, located in Robertsdale, AL provides services to over 2,000 REALTORS® and affiliate members throughout the greater Baldwin County area and Alabama Gulf Coast region.

New “Lunch and Learn” Commercial Workshop Series

RPR Commercial WorkshopsRPR continues to expand learning opportunities for REALTORS® across the county. In September, the Commercial team will launch a Lunch and Learn series that will address common commercial and resimercial use cases. The new workshops include:

  • “Leading Clients with Strategic Site Selection”
    Who are the right customers? What businesses will they support? Where is the best location? Learn to integrate your local market expertise with data and reports that will lead your clients in the right direction.
  • “Getting to Know the Locals”
    Join us to learn how RPR Commercial can help you paint a picture of the lives of potential consumers, employees, competitors and business partners, and how these groups are suited to your client’s needs.
  • “How to Convey the Advantages of Apartment Investing to Your Client”
    Learn how to create persuasive reports with RPR Commercial that will validate investing in the apartment sector, and impress even the most seasoned investors and developers.
  • “Crossover to RPR Commercial”
    Join RPR for this trek into the Commercial platform, designed specifically to address the interests of residential REALTORS®.

RPR Relocation Packet

RPR regularly highlights valuable use cases for REALTORS® across the county. In August, RPR shared details to create a compelling relocation package for your out-of-area clients. This spotlight focused on both the Neighborhood Report and Trade Area report. The Neighborhood Report summarizes local economics, quality of life metrics, housing stats, and additional information to assist clients in comparing one area to another. The Trade Area Report provides a greater sense of the community by providing comprehensive demographics, psychographics, market trends, and neighborhood statistics. REALTOR® Spotlight

RPR’s August REALTOR® Spotlight focuses on seasoned REALTOR® Adrienne “Abe” Wagner from Donegal, PA.
