RPR Releases Version 1.30

RPR Releases Version 1.30On March 28, 2014, RPR released version 1.30 of the Realtors Property Resource platform. The release includes enhanced saving, or “favoriting,” of properties and searches, large-format photo galleries on the property details page, updated flood maps, new options to suppress automated valuation information in RPR reports, and other improvements suggested by our users.

Also included in v1.30, RPR kicked off alpha testing for the new Mobile Application. RPR is currently developing an App for both the iPhone and Android operating systems. More information on the RPR Mobile Apps will be available after the testing is complete. For more on version 1.30, please view the release notes.

RPR Announces Licensed Partnership With Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS® (Alabama)

RPR is proud to announce the execution of a data license agreement with the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) serving REALTORS® throughout the Alabama River Region. “We are excited to offer our members the tools and resources offered by the Realtors Property Resource,” said MAAR President, Slade McElroy. “In today’s competitive real estate market information is king and RPR’s mission to both compile and present our data will enhance the knowledge of our REALTOR® members and better enable them to serve their clients,” added McElroy.  Visit the RPR Blog for more information.

RPR Looks Forward to NAR REALTOR® Party Convention and Trade Expo in Washington D.C.

REALTOR Party Convention and ExpoRPR will be participating in the NAR REALTOR® Party Convention and Trade Expo in Washington D.C. from May 12-17, 2014.  RPR staff will be providing progress reports to NAR Leadership as well as specific product updates on features and benefits of the RPR platform for Brokers, Commercial practitioners, Agents, MLSs and Associations.  Highlights will include a preview of the upcoming RPR Mobile Application, as well presentations on the RPR Dashboard for MLSs and Associations and the RPR Federal and Local Economic Area Reports.

Currently, registrations for the RPR Dashboard include 367 MLSs and Associations with over 661 authorized staff accounts.  Registrations for RPR’s Economic Area Reports include over 1,200 users, including FPCs, Local and Association staff members and volunteer leadership.  Both the Federal and Local versions were designed to support NAR’s advocacy efforts at the national, state and local levels of government.

Getting the most out of RPR’s “Refine Value” Features
