Coldwell Banker Endorses Realtors Property Resource®

Coldwell Banker became the first national brand to endorse RPR and launched an internal campaign to its franchise network, encouraging their agents and managers to leverage RPR’s features and reports. RPR’s engagement with Coldwell Banker is focused on company branding for all in network offices across the country, as well as communications and training support which can assist their agents in positioning themselves as the expert of choice to the public. Through this program, RPR added specific company branding to over 860 Coldwell Banker offices. When added to the existing Coldwell Banker companies already utilizing company branding through RPR’s Broker Tool Sets, over 41,000 Coldwell Banker agents now have company branding on their RPR website, and reports for consumers.

RPR would like to thank Coldwell Banker President and CEO Budge Huskey for his support and assistance. RPR Announces MLS Licensed Partnership with Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) In Greater Chicago Area

RPR is pleased to announce that it will soon begin offering integrated MLS data to the REALTOR® members of Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) representing more than 40,000 agents and brokers and 8,000 offices in the greater Chicago Area.

“MRED CEO Russ Bergeron says, “At MRED we strive to offer technological solutions to our customers that not only provide them with enhanced property information, but simultaneously promote professionalism to their clients and prospects. RPR fits the bill on both counts. We look forward to having the full functionality of RPR available to all of our REALTOR® customers as soon as possible.”

RPR Announces MLS Licensed Partnerships with Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED) In Greater Chicago Area

RPR Releases Version 1.24

Version 1.24 of the Realtors Property Resource website includes improvements to the “My Listings” and MLS ID property search functions, enhancements to valuation confidence scores and confidence score ratings, and refined property type map icons. In addition, RPR has implemented a substantial upgrade to the technical infrastructure that supports the application. Users will notice improved performance of the “My Listings” search, which allows agents to view all their active listings across all areas.  Search by active MLS ID function is now more accurate due to enhancements in how the search engine resolves the complex ID numbers that can appear in some MLS systems.
