RPR Year End 2013

In 2013 RPR began the year with the goal of releasing high value products for each of the specific industry segments of the REALTOR® family (Agents, Brokers, Commercial, Appraisers, MLSs and Associations).

RPR released 8 major product releases in 2013, bringing the total number of new feature releases to 30 since the launch of RPR’s initial Residential Application launch in September 2010.  Highlights of new 2013 features include:

RPR will start 2014 with an aggressive development schedule of high value products, which will build upon the major releases of 2013.  These new features will include:

  • RPR’s new enhanced Mobile Application for iPhone and Android
  • Additional RPR Economic Area Reports for RPR’s Legislative Resources.  This compliments to the 2013 release of the Federal Economic Area Report will allow State and local Association GAD’s and Leadership to create RPR reports based upon custom defined areas, or State legislative Districts across the country
  • Enhanced Broker Tools Sets
  • Walkability Scores
  • Nationwide enhancements to public records and tax assessment data, liens, stand-alone-mortgages, deed, foreclosure data and more
  • Many additional improvements to RPR’s overall functionality, and RPR user requested enhancements

RPR MLS Partnerships

As we end 2013, RPR expanded its MLS Partners across the country.  As of December 31, 2013 RPR has licensed partnerships with 542 MLS and CIEs nationwide representing REALTORS® in 832 Local Associations.  RPR launched 143 MLSs with integrated MLS data to their REALTOR® members in 2013, including launches in the following large markets:

  • Houston Association of REALTORS®-Houston, TX
  • Garden State MLS-Parsippiny, NJ
  • Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association-Tampa, FL
  • Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®, FL
  • HI Central MLS-Honolulu, HI
  • Realcomp II LTD-Farmington Hills, MI
  • RMLS-Portland, OR

In January 2014 RPR will be launching integrated MLS data with the following Licensed Partner MLSs:

  • Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED)-Chicago, IL
  • New Jersey MLS-Haworth, NJ
  • West Penn MLS, Pittsburgh, PA
  • Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES)-Loveland, CO

Throughout 2013, RPR continued working with REALTORS® across the country documenting how they have been using RPR to make a positive impact in their businesses.  At the NAR Annual Convention in San Francisco, RPR created a compilation video highlighting those stories.  We would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their perspectives.
