RPR Releases Web version 1.36/Mobile 1.3
On January 19, 2015, RPR released version 1.36/Mobile 1.3 marking RPR’s 37th major release since 2010. In this release, RPR introduced many new features and enhancements. On the RPR residential website REALTORS® can now customize the photo on their report cover page. In RPR Commercial, it’s now possible to add property facts to a listing or public record. Additionally, Association Dashboards and Market Data Reports can be set up to display only data for the Association’s immediate area, rather than the whole MLS, so Association staff can focus on the metrics most important to their local markets. The release also included a number of other items. For the complete update on the January release, please read the release notes.
Since the release of RPR Mobile in Q4 2014 we have received many requests for a resource to assist in promoting RPR Mobile™ to agents and members. As a result of those requests, we have created a new video that highlights the RPR Mobile™ app. This video is on YouTube and Vimeo and can be easily embedded and shared. Scott Hughes, NWLAR Association Executive states, “Our Association is excited to add the RPR Platform to our array of services we offer our 1,100 members. One of our biggest challenges at the Association is to constantly find new ways to show the members the value of being a REALTOR®. When our Committees explored RPR we were impressed with the features and functionality it offers members to assist them in working with their clients. We are especially excited about the Commercial applications and the added value we believe it will bring to our Commercial REALTORS® for their NAR membership.” The Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS serves over 1,100 members in the seven parishes (counties) in northwest Louisiana.
