RPR’s newest integration offers another time saving benefit for REALTORS® challenged by moving from one platform to another when creating sales forms. REALTORS® who use zipForm® can now go directly from RPR’s Property Details page to zipForm®, and vice versa. RPR’s Mobile app has been downloaded over 230,000 times—allowing anytime, anywhere access to property data and reporting by today’s busy REALTORS®. Now Offering Getting Started With RPR Webinar in Spanish

The RPR Training program continues to grow and reach new members. In the first half of 2016, over 41,000 REALTORS® registered for an RPR online webinar. One request that has continued to be asked for is a class in Spanish. As a result, this month RPR added the Getting Started with RPR course which will be taught entirely in Spanish. This online webinar can be found alongside the other national webinars on the RPR blog.

MyRPR Realtor® Spotlight

This month’s REALTOR® spotlight comes from Owasso, Oklahoma where RPR found the Woodward’s—a mother/son team with McGraw REALTORS®. Joshua Woodward was introduced to the RPR platform by his mother Holli. Initially, he was hesitant to give RPR a try because he was already using another app. But he decided to try RPR anyway, and within minutes of setting up his profile, was up and running.

“RPR is leaps and bounds above any other real estate technology I’ve ever used,” Joshua said. “The app saves me an incredible amount of time, money and stress.”

Joshua finds that his buyers usually ask for information on schools, neighborhoods, and recent home purchases in the area. “We’ll be driving through a neighborhood that’s not on our list and the buyer will ask what’s available on the street or nearby,” he said. “All I need to do is pull up RPR and every single house in the area is displayed, whether it’s for sale or not. I’ll then show them what schools are in the area, including ratings and reviews. It’s amazing.”
