RPR Mobile™ Achieves 100,000 Downloads

Since its release in Q4 2014, RPR Mobile™ has received extremely positive reviews by REALTORS® across the country. As of March 30, 2015, the app has been downloaded over 100,000 times. RPR Mobile™ is designed to provide REALTORS® with real-time access to property and market data. With the app, REALTORS® can instantly view any nearby property and get active listing data, sales history, automated valuations, assessment and tax information, deed, foreclosure, school stats and market trends – all on their iPhone or Android smartphones. REALTORS® can then instantly create, customize, and send RPR’s full library of reports to their clients and customers. To download RPR Mobile™, go to Apple’s AppStore, or Google Play.

March 2015 RPR Release

single-page-flyerOn March 23, 2015, RPR released version 1.38, marking RPR’s 39th major release since 2010.  In this release, RPR introduced a number of high value enhancements. Highlights include:

  • New Property Flyer: 1-page flyer option added to RPR reports
  • New Walkability Scores:  Residential properties and neighborhoods now include walkability scores provided by Maponics. Scores fall into 3 categories: Overall Score, Amenity Score, & Leisure
  • Additional Public Record Data: Now RPR’s property details page includes: garage or balcony square footage, roofing types & wall materials
  • Chart Updates: Active Listing Count, Active Listing Volume, New Listing Count, and New Listing Volume are now available via the RPR Dashboard for MLSs and Associations and Broker Data Tool
  • Transfer work from Comp Analysis to a Sales Comparison Analysis (or vice versa): Easily switch between the type of valuation analysis you are performing by transferring the information, including comparable properties

zipLogix announces zipForms integration with RPR

zipLogixLast week zipLogix, a technology company assisting real estate professionals in improving their productivity and efficiency, announced that it had formed partnership with Realtors Property Resource® to integrate zipForms and RPR’s parcel-centric property database.

zipLogix Chairman of the Board Mark Peterson made this announcement “This is a very positive step for the REALTOR® family. Bringing together two industry-leading and industry-owned companies to increase access to critical forms and valuable data will strengthen the position of agents and brokers. From school zones to flood zones, we know homebuyers need the full picture to make the right purchase, and this will empower agents to provide it to them.”

zipLogix’s connection to the RPR Platform will provide access for its 600,000 users, as well as the ability to request specific RPR reports. New Training Options for REALTORS®

RPR Learning SeriesRPR now offers an expanded range of webinars to make it even easier for members to learn about RPR, and to use it to create value in their businesses. As part of its nationwide “Targeted Webinar Series,” RPR offers members the opportunity to take 30-minute online classes to learn how RPR can help solve business challenges. For example, in February RPR offered two sessions on RPR Mobile™ showing how information “on the go” is pivotal to an agent’s success. In March, RPR offered two sessions on “Three Ways to Build Listing Inventory with RPR”. Future sessions will focus on additional ways to use RPR to better serve clients and create business opportunities.

Also, earlier this year RPR also unveiled its “Custom Webinar Series”. This program gives Associations and MLSs the opportunity to offer webinars customized for their members and REALTORS® subscribers.
