RPR Mobile Application update

RPR continued development of its enhanced Mobile Application for both the iPhone and Android operating systems. The Mobile App will expand on RPR’s existing high value functionality to assist REALTORS® with access to all of RPR’s robust national property data, as well as local neighborhood information and property details, while working with clients and customers in the field. RPR’s Mobile App will also leverage the unique features of smart phones, which offer many tools we use everyday, such as cameras, video recorders, compasses and accelerometers to enhance the RPR Mobile functionality.  Recently, RPR completed alpha testing on the iOS version of the Mobile App and will begin beta testing in June.

RPR Announces Licensed Partnerships with The REALTOR® Association of Maui and The Staten Island Board of REALTORS®

RPR PartnersRPR is pleased to announce the execution of data license agreements with the REALTOR® Association of Maui, HI and the Staten Island Board of REALTORS® in New York.  “At the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service we are constantly on the lookout for ways to make our subscribing REALTORS® more productive as they provide professional services to their clients and customers.  We’re looking forward to adding RPR to the toolkit,” says Staten Island CEO Sandy Kruger. The Staten Island Board of REALTORS® represents 1,561 REALTOR® members and serves Staten Island and Richmond County NY.  The REALTOR® Association of Maui represents over 1,314 REALTORs® on the island of Maui, Hawaii.

As of May 2014 RPR has contracted with 567 Licensed MLS and Association Partners across the country representing over 803,000 REALTORS® who have access to their local and regional MLS data integrated into the RPR Platform.

New RPR Training Series begins with “How to Build Listing Inventory with RPR”

webinarIn May 2014 RPR began a series of four new training classes designed to leverage the RPR features and tools to add additional value for agents and brokers where they need it the most in a very active 2014 housing market.  The first of these courses focuses on how to use RPR’s array of robust reports to reinforce sphere of influence contacts, farming and prospecting communications.  The initial program included numerous live webinars conducted for REALTORS® across the country, followed by a “How To” article and videos on the RPR blog.  In May, over 1,500 REALTORS® participated in three webinars.  During the coming months RPR will be offering additional webinars covering topics such as “Wow your Relocation Clients with RPR Reports,” “Getting the Edge with RPR’s Investor Tools” and an introduction into RPR’s new Mobile Application, which will be available later this year.  Look for these new classes over the summer, and learn how to use RPR to assist you with your clients and customers.

Agent Reboot

Agent RebootLast week, RPR participated in the Orange County, CA Agent Reboot conference series from Inman News. If you’re not already aware, Agent Reboot is a one-day tech event focused on helping agents and brokers get to the next level when it comes to marketing, mobile, social media and lead generation. The conference was a hit, and RPR would like to thank the speakers and staff for a great event. We are looking forward to being at each of the remaining stops this year, including: Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; Washington D.C.; Chicago, IL; Phoenix, AZ; Ft Lauderdale, FL; and Boston, MA.


Scott Louser has been very involved in real estate for the past 17 years. From serving as the 2005 President of the North Dakota Association of REALTORS®, to being the 2012 Vice President and Liaison of Government Affairs for NAR, Scott has seen his fair share of technology and initiatives. In this video, Scott explains how he has utilized the new Economic and Legislative reports from RPR to open a window into demographics and consumer behavior in his area.
