CEO Update: RPR v1.9, Broker Tool Sets and more

RPR launches to Metropolitan Regional Information Service (MRIS)

On October 10, 2011 the RPR Application became was launched to over 42,000 REALTORS® in the MRIS markets which include Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia, and parts of West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  This launch follows a combined effort of RPR’s data and integration staff, Industry Relations Team and MRIS’s technical staff who worked diligently over the summer to offer RPR’s parcel centric data sets and advanced search and reporting functions to agents and brokers in one of the largest regional MLSs in the country.  As a Broker and volunteer in the Maryland area for over 35 years, it has been very gratifying to see the agents have access to such a valuable tool.  Since its creation in 1994, MRIS has continued to be on the cutting edge of real estate technology.  This partnership with RPR is just another example of their commitment to their members.  Go to:

RPR releases v1.9

Continuing our constant efforts to improve the RPR system, we released version 1.9 in the first week of October.  Most RPR releases contain both an array of internal improvements based on user feedback, as well as new features and enhanced functionality, and this one was no exception.  New functions include AVM/RVM confidence score on detail pages, the ability to move “out-of-place” map pins, improved homepage navigation, a new process for uploading photos to your profile page, and many improved charts and graphs.  We also addressed over eighty internal system enhancements suggested by users through our customer support systems.  For a video overview of all the new features go to:

Broker Tool Sets to go live in October
