RPR Releases Version 1.26

The focus of version 1.26 of the Realtors Property Resource application is a Beta release of the RPR Dashboard.  This feature is designed to assist Associations and MLSs to better serve their membership with information from RPR.  Additionally, this release also includes a new multi-unit map bubble in the Comp Analysis and Sales Comparison Analysis tools.  This feature will make it easier to locate appropriate units within multi-unit property during comps searching.  RPR also added enhancements to user-entered notes in Property Reports.  For more information on this release, visit: http://rpr.me/v126.

RPR Begins Beta Testing on RPR Dashboard for Associations and MLSs

With the release of Version 1.26, RPR begins Beta testing of the RPR Dashboard for Associations and MLSs.  This process includes several volunteer Task Forces designed to test features and functionality and provide feedback to RPR’s Development Team over the next few months.  Beta testing includes staff from 12 State Associations, 24 Local Associations and 20 MLSs from across the country. The main features of the Dashboard include:

  • Dashboard Summary and Reports
  • Market Analytics
  • Statistics on RPR Usage
  • Status Data Updates within RPR
  • Communication Resources
  • Training Opportunities

We would like to thank the many volunteers who continue to assist RPR in developing expanded tools and features for all RPR REALTOR® Constituents (Agents, Brokers, Commercial, Appraisers, Associations and MLS/CIEs).

RPR Federal Economic Area Reports in Development

Fed-reportIn tandem with Association Dashboard, RPR is developing Legislative Resources for use by Association staff and NAR’s Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs.) RPR’s Federal Economic Area Report will be made available in Q4 2013, and is designed for FPCs to use for in-district meetings with their congressperson.  The reports will compliment housing statistics which are already provided by NAR Legislative staff, by focusing on the consumer tapestry data, demographic, lifestyle information, and economic trending which is the foundation of RPR’s Commercial Application, which was launched last year.  RPR staff has been working with a Task Force comprised of State and Local Association staff and REALTOR® volunteers from 37 states.

RPR Expands Licensed Partnerships With Regional MLSs

RPR is proud to announce the addition of two regional MLSs to the list of RPR Licensed Partnerships across the country. West Penn Multi-List Inc. covers all of Western Pennsylvania and represents over 4,700 REALTOR® members. Located in Pittsburgh, PA, West Penn Multi-List is committed to providing the most innovative and cost effective multiple listing services to its broker subscribers.

Additionally, Cooperative Arkansas Regional MLS (CARMLS) in Little Rock, AR. CARMLS is the largest regional MLS in Arkansas, currently providing products and services to over 3,000 REALTORS® in 18 Associations/Boards across the state.

New MyRPR User Story

RPR’s newest MyRPR video showcases Shad Bogany 2013 Chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS®.  Shad frequently works with banks on foreclosures, and clients who include buyers, sellers and builders. He prides himself on providing the best information available, and he believed he was already taking advantage of all the available data and tools for his business.
