RPR mobile™ is now available for all REALTORS®

Since my last update, RPR mobile™ was approved by Apple, and is now available for download in the App Store. Also as noted previously, the Android version is available for download from the Google Play Store. Map Drawing This gives REALTORS® a new level of access to the data found in RPR while out in the field. Now REALTORS® using RPR mobile™ can instantly view the properties around them, and get listing, sales, valuation, assessment, deed, foreclosure, school, photos, maps, market trend information and more. I encourage you to take a moment and download the app onto your device.

Additionally, with the release of RPR version 1.34, the RPR product and development teams have just wrapped up development on a new feature that allows our RPR mobile™ users to draw a custom search area using the maps directly on your smartphone. Look for more information on this enhancement in the coming weeks.


RPR releases version 1.34

RPR Search RPR released its 35th major release with version 1.34 on October 28, 2014. The enhancements to the RPR Platform include the new ability for REALTORS® to choose which version of a property record to use as a comp: Public Record, Sold Listing, or Historical Listing. Also now distance is displayed when using the radius search tool, HOA information has been included in the “Historical Compare” section of reports, and REALTORS® can also choose the number of current and historical property photos that are included on the reports. RPR launches integrated MLS data in NTREIS (North Texas Real Estate Information System) markets

RPR is pleased to announce today the launch of integrated, licensed MLS data to the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc.

NTREIS President, Felicia Peters, says “This new integration adds yet another resource for our REALTOR® members to assist them in providing the best service to their customers”.

RPR offers targeted sessions at this year’s NAR REALTORS® Conference and Expo

This year at the annual REALTOR® Conference in New Orleans, LA RPR will be providing three user group sessions for members to learn more about RPR.

NAR Annual REALTOR ConventionFirst, on Friday, November 7, stop by the agent focused session and hear from Reggie and Nicole Nicolay on Impressing Clients and Closing Deals…Anytime, Anywhere with RPR. Their session will cover application use cases for both the RPR website and the new RPR mobile™.

Then on Saturday, November 8, join RPR Broker Service Team members Ray Gronowski and Tom Holobowski to obtain a complete understanding of the Broker Tools Set, and learn techniques on how to use RPR to create business value for your brokerage.

Also on Saturday, November 8, Commercial Services Director Emily Line will explore RPR Commercial Core Functions, including Running In-depth Analyses, Identifying Business Points of Interest and creating impressive reports with RPR.
