RPR By the Numbers

While much of the industry focuses on major technology initiatives, RPR’s goal remains the same: to provide REALTORS® with products and features that keep them in the center of the real estate transaction.  In 2016, RPR has seen continued growth of RPR Mobile, increasing to over 255,000 downloads and expanding features to include data and reports from the RPR Commercial platform.

Increased leveraging of high value RPR tools and features, as well as the rapid expansion of RPR Mobile have led to impressive increases in RPR account creation and mobile usage year over year.

  • RPR User Accounts – 627,000 (+31.6%)
  • RPR Mobile – 255,000 Downloads (+61.4%)

Additionally, RPR had tremendous growth in user activity in Q3 2016, as compared to Q3 2015:

  • Total User Sessions – 2,653,000 (+87%)
  • RPR Returning Visitors – 2,207,000 (+110%)

Finally, RPR continues to expand national coverage of data sets that add the highest value to agents and brokers in the course of their real estate transactions.

  • RPR Active Residential Listings: 1,881,658 (92% of all active residential listings in the U.S.)
  • Total Mortgage Record Coverage – 140,387,831 (95.9% of U.S. by county)
  • Total Deeds Coverage – 183,975,993 (95.9% of U.S. by county)
  • Total Distressed Records – 34,355,297 (99.1% of U.S. by county)
  • Total Tax Assessment Records – 151,509,108 (99.9% of U.S. by county)

RealTracs Solutions® Executes Data License Agreement with RPR

Middle Tennessee Regional MLS (MTRMLS) d/b/a RealTracs Solutions® announced last week that it has executed a Data Content License agreement with Realtors Property Resource, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS®. The license agreement will integrate RealTracs Solutions® data to RPR’s national property database for its 12,500 REALTOR® members.

“RealTracs Solutions® is extremely pleased that RPR is integrating MLS listing content in the RPR system,” said Stuart White, RealTracs Solutions® CEO and President.  “This allows REALTORS® to fully utilize the wealth of information found in RPR to better serve their customers and clients.  And, with RPR links from within the RealTracs®’ system, the additional property information will be easily accessible for RealTracs® users who are members of the National Association of Realtors®.

NAR’s Annual REALTORS® Conference & Expo-Orlando, Florida

RPR is preparing for another promising week at the NAR’s Annual REALTORS® Conference & Expo on November 4-7, 2016.  RPR will provide a variety of opportunities to learn about its initiatives, such as, user forums that highlight practical benefits and use cases for Agents and Brokers, to numerous presentations.
