RPR’s Sales Comparison Analysis and Valuation Workbook is designed to help you create an in-depth report using advanced analysis and property valuation best practices, leveraging RPR’s nationwide parcel-centric database. The Valuation Workbook allows the REALTOR® to generate an optional report, which creates a rich archive of the facts and trends that support the analysis. RPR would like to thank the members of NAR’s Real Property Valuation Committee and the Florida Realtors Appraisal Council for their assistance in the development of this new feature. For more information, view the feature announcement here.
Along with the recent release of the RPR Sales Comparison Analysis Tools, RPR released Version 1.25 in mid-August, 2013. This release focused on enhancements to multiple areas of the application, including improved flagging of pending sales, enhanced mapping performance, new reports notification, and larger photos in the RPR Comps Analysis feature. Also, NAR International REALTOR® Members can now create their accounts in RPR.
Visit the RPR Helpdesk for a summary of the most prominent enhancements.
RPR Launched its Commercial Application with licensed CIE integrated data to the REALTOR® members of the Louisiana Commercial Database, the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance, and Midlands Commercial Information Exchange in Lincoln, Nebraska.
RPR’s Commercial Application offers REALTORS® access to the robust data which powers the RPR residential application, such as tax and public records data, liens, mortgages and foreclosure information. RPR Commercial extends that data platform into tapestry segmentation, demographic, psychographic and valuable consumer spending data. This will assist REALTORS® with identifying the best location for a business, site selection, and powerful Trade Area and Market Reports.
