Introducing RPR Mobile™

Over the past months, RPR has been providing updates RPR Mobile™on the progress of the RPR Mobile™ and today I’m pleased to announce that RPR Mobile™ is available for REALTORS® using Android phones. To install RPR Mobile™ for Android, visit the Google Play Store. For iPhone users, RPR Mobile™ is coming soon and will be available through the Apple App Store in the next few weeks.

For REALTORS®, RPR Mobile™ combines the power of your smartphone, with the data and reporting from RPR. This allows REALTORS® to easily locate any property around them, create and send company branded reports, even view local market statistics, anytime, anyplace. For the almost 2,000 companies who are participating in RPR’s Broker Tool Sets, RPR Mobile™ will allow over 180,000 agents to have their company branding showcased on RPR Mobile™, and the reports they create for their clients and customers.

RPR Releases Version 1.33

Released on September 8, 2014, Version 1.33 marks the 34th RPR release and contains the culmination of the background work on the RPR Mobile for Android and iPhone. In addition, this release includes some improvements to many areas of the site, including displaying square footage ranges, a new chart in the RPR Market Data Report for MLSs and Associations, and additional details on HOA and room description information. RPR Extends Market Partnerships with the Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Alabama MLS

The Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® announced the approval of RPR’s license agreement in September 2014, to allow RPR to integrate their licensed MLS content into the RPR Platform for their REALTOR® members.

“We are thrilled to partner with RPR to provide our members even more opportunities to succeed,” said Vicki Trapp, 2014 President of the Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS®. “RPR provides our members with relevant information to provide a high level of professional service to clients and customers.”

2014 MLS President Byron Kelly added to Trapp’s comments, “We are excited about all that RPR has to offer. Whether you’re an agent, broker, commercial practitioner or an appraiser, RPR has tools for all subscribers. Through our partnership with RPR, we enable our subscribers to be even more knowledgeable about the Greater Chattanooga market.”

Also in September 2014, The Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service (GALMLS) also announced that they have executed a license agreement with RPR to license GALMLS data to RPR’s national property database for integration to their 3000+ REALTOR® members.

“Our subscribers deserve every opportunity to be successful in their businesses,” said James Harwell, 2014 President of The Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service. “Our desire is that this partnership with RPR will give subscribers the competitive edge they need to appear even more knowledgeable when working with their clients.”

The Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® was founded in 1912 and is a regional organization with more than 1,400 members servicing Hamilton and Sequatchie counties in southeast Tennessee and Catoosa, Dade and Walker counties in northwest Georgia.

The Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service is the largest MLS in the State of Alabama serving over 3000 subscribers in 11 counties.
