Association Content Engagement Program

This month, RPR’s Association Content Engagement (ACE) program marks its one-year anniversary with higher than expected year-end returns. Since its inception in March 2017, the automated editorial delivery system has delivered how-to articles, REALTOR® best practices, and industry centric pieces according to the publication deadlines of state and local associations. Those articles have been shared by way of member publications nearly 140 times, a 42% increase in the number of RPR branded editorials shared, year over year.

The program, which has doubled its subscriber base in Q1 2018 from 103 to 206, has enabled RPR to reach unprecedented numbers of Association staffers and their members, opening new windows of opportunity for adoption and usage of the Platform.

REALTOR® Spotlight

This month’s spotlight takes us to south Florida where we met Neal Oates, independent broker/owner of World Renowned Real Estate, in the Miami/Dade area of Florida.

Neal was at his open house when a visitor inquired about the sale price of a neighbor’s home, noting that he may have been misled about the real sold price. Showing the Market Activity Report, Neal confirmed the property’s price, which prompted more questions, which led to the neighbor asking about his own home. Within seconds, the two were reviewing the ins-and-outs of his home, with particular attention to the Realtor Valuation Model® (RVM®). Things got really interesting from there. See how Neal capitalized on the moment by reading the full story on the RPR blog.
