RPR AMP™ Update
RPR AMP™ continued to expand its market outreach and development in November 2015. This expansion included meetings with potential technology vendors for the AMP™ front-ends during the NAR Convention and Expo in mid-November, 2015. The NAR Convention was also the ideal place to meet with MLSs, who are interested in learning more about how AMP™ can benefit their members. As of November 30, 2015, thirty MLSs have submitted letters of interest or requests for proposals. An additional twenty-four MLSs are now in next level discussions with RPR and seeking more information.
RPR will be holding a webinar on December 9, 2015, to give a deeper dive into the project features and benefits. If you would like to learn more about RPR AMP™ or to participate in the December webinar please contact us at AMP@narrpr.com, or go to: http://blog.narrpr.com/rpr-amp.
With the execution of the license agreement in late October 2015, RPR began development and implementation planning for the Upstream Platform, in conjunction with NAR and UpstreamRE, LLC. During the NAR Convention and Expo, RPR had numerous opportunities to discuss elements of the Upstream Platform to groups ranging from the MLS Executives Forum to the Top 75 Large Residential Firms meeting.
RPR gathered excellent feedback from these groups, and will be working with the leadership of UpstreamRE, LLC to coordinate RPR’s focus on technology development with the business model and strategic direction provided by the UpstreamRE, LLC Board of Managers. Initial meetings to discuss coordination for those brokerage firms and MLSs who are interested in participating in Upstream’s Pilot market phase of Alpha/Beta testing in 2016 have begun, with additional meetings targeted for the coming weeks. For more information, or to participate in Upstream, please contact email@example.com, or go to: http://blog.narrpr.com/upstream.
NAR Annual Convention Wrap-up
RPR participated in the 2015 REALTORS® Conference and Expo and enjoyed many opportunities to work with REALTORS® on how to use RPR in their businesses, while also taking the opportunity for additional discussions and presentation on new projects RPR AMP™ and Upstream.
As with previous years, RPR hosted three user group sessions, one for Agents titled “impress clients and close deals…anytime, anywhere,” another for Brokers focused on how to use RPR to create business value for your brokerage, and a Commercial session designed to show how RPR Commercial validates a practitioner’s commercial expertise, which were all we’ll received by the members.

Leveraging RPR’s Enhanced Search and School Reports
School information can be one of the most important factors in a home buying decision. RPR has created an advanced set of features designed to provide REALTORS® with powerful search and reporting tools. These features are focused on leveraging RPR’s dynamic mapping tools, along with nationwide information from Great Schools to provide school districts, rating and reviews, all in a single report. This month’s spotlight comes to us from Pembroke Pines, Florida, where we found Julianna Giordano, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty. Julianna uses RPR to efficiently follow up with her various lead sources. A process that used to take her hours researching and filtering, setting up searches and sending reports each time a buyer or seller would reach out to her. Now using RPR, she can pull a comprehensive report in just a couple of minutes. Julianna shares “with RPR, I show extreme professionalism by supplying the client with what they’re looking for, and hopefully it’s enough to win them over, or at the very least, they’ll remember me a year or two down the road when they’re looking again.” Read the full story on Julianna Giordano over at RISMedia.
