RPR Partner Integrations, New MLS Partner Contracts, and MyRPR stories

Dale Ross, CEO Update

RPR Increases Focus on Integration Features with MLS Partners.

RPR launched its Residential Application to MLS Licensed Partners in September, 2010 after successful national Beta testing. Since that time, MLSs have found many ways to create custom integration with valuable RPR features, including links to RPR property details, Neighborhood tabs, and RPR’s public records Application Programming Interface (API.) In an effort to create more centralized resources to assist partnering MLSs with RPR’s expanding integration features, we recently created a new division called Partner Integrations.

The RPR Partner Integrations department is designed to utilize existing RPR staff with high value experience in technical integrations and MLS experience to design a system of integration resources to leverage features such as Single Sign-on, Deep Linking, MLS Co-branding and RPR’s Public Records API. By creating communication packages which outline both the technical processes for each feature, and the end-user benefit to REALTOR® members, RPR plans to enhance efficiencies for RPR users, and make it easier for agents and brokers to coordinate RPR data with their MLS tools and features.

Elements of the project will include technical specs, marketing and communication support, and a variety of videos from MLSs to promote how RPR integrations added value to their users through efficient access to additional data found in the RPR system to complement their MLS. As an example, watch the following video overview of the integration’s from MLSListings in Sunnyvale, CA with RPR:

  1. Customer support is teirrble. Technical issues get forwarded to India and they do not speak english well, cannot understand you, don’t have a clue as to how to fix your problem and have to forward your issue to another department. Thus, you run into a brick wall and your problem goes on forever and does not get resolved.
