RPR Update – July 2018

In Q2 2018 RPR joined forces with NAR through a partnership between NAR’s Member Support Center and RPR’s Customer Support Center. RPR now provides additional support for NAR’s 1.3 million members by handling all overflow calls made to its Member Support Center. Along with increased servicing, this program will allow NAR to expand its resources for both web and chat based support to members nationwide. Read more about this program on the RPR blog.
