RPR Update – June 2018

This month, RPR releases its 70th set of web and mobile enhancements, each designed to improve efficiencies and increase profitability for REALTORS®. Many of June’s dynamic new features stem from feedback received from agents across the nation. For example, the website has added commercial and residential leases to the “My Listings” search, RPR Property and Neighborhood Reports have gotten an upgrade, and SMR Tenant Data has been updated. Of note, RPR will transition its school data source from GreatSchools to Niche in our next release. On the mobile side, enhancements have been made to our newest Buyer Tour feature.

MichRIC® announces new data share partnership with RPR View

Michigan Regional Information Center, LLC (MichRIC®) today announced RPR View will be the new data sharing platform utilized by the members of 18 Michigan-based MLS and REALTOR® organizations.

New MLS data sharing feature for REALTORS®

Now, agents whose MLS is partnered with RPR View have access to a larger footprint of listings data from MLSs outside their coverage area. RPR View is a set of display permissions which allow RPR Partner MLSs to make listings viewable by REALTORS® in other markets.
