On September 22, 2015, RPR released version 1.44, marking the Platform’s 45th product release since the launch of the RPR Residential application in September 2010.
The latest release of RPR® introduces multiple enhancements to the RPR Property Flyer. Now the property description and property facts areas will automatically increase or decrease the size of text, based on the amount of data entered. This update delivers a better-fit and more appealing flyer overall.
Additionally, if a Broker has enrolled in the Broker Tool Sets, and one of their agents has not yet uploaded their logo to RPR, the broker logo will automatically appear on the flyer.

Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) Executes Data License Agreement with Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®)
Realtors Property Resource is proud to announce that it has executed a Data Content License agreement with the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) to license NNEREN data to RPR’s national property database for integration to their 8,000 REALTOR® members.
NNEREN CEO Joe Ryan stated “NNEREN is pleased to announce a partnership with Realtors Property Resource® that will enhance the data and analytics available to our more than 8,000 members in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.”

RPR’s Advanced Multi-List Platform™ (AMP™) continues its planning and development processes to create new technology options for the MLS industry. RPR is currently in discussions with 40 MLSs representing more than 107,000 REALTORS®, focused on the benefits of AMP’s™ back-end solutions, and the ability to have multiple front-end options for agents and brokers.
