RPR Hits 500,000 Member Milestone!
RPR was pleased to announce at the NAR Mid-Year meetings in Washington D.C. that its contracting efforts with over 280 partner MLSs across the country now represent over 509,000 REALTOR® members. RPR has expanded its national coverage to include over 185,000 additional members since January 1, 2011. The RPR value proposition has been embraced by MLSs of all sizes, including some of the largest regional systems in the country. In the last ninety days RPR has added MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information System) representing 42,000 members, California Regional MLS representing 32,000 members, TREND MLS representing 32,000 members, REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale representing 7,300 members and Empire Access MLS representing 6,200 members.
RPR’s core mission is to bring single source access to robust and valuable property information to all 1,000,000 REALTORS®. Partnering with MLSs to bring the highest level of member benefit is a key component to RPR’s success. As RPR looks to service the majority of NAR’s members through the delivery of the RPR database and related products, we will be adding additional resources and staff to focus on customer service, training and communications. RPR at NAR Mid-year meetings
RPR participated in a number of successful meetings and forums at the NAR Legislative Conferences and Expo May 9-14, 2011. RPR presented progress reports to the NAR Leadership Team, Past Presidents and Executive Committee. We also gave updates on constituency product development to the Appraisal and Commercial Committees. RPR begins production of its Appraiser Tool Sets and Commercial Application, both slated for release later this year.
The Mid-Year Tradeshow and Expo offered a special opportunity for our Industry Relations team to interact with members from around the country at the RPR kiosk in the NAR booth. RPR demonstrated new system features as well as highlighting progress with local MLSs. Feedback and responses were very positive and RPR scheduled a number of follow-up meetings to present the RPR value proposition to MLSs and Associations throughout the summer.
