RPR Commercial pro named top female tech influencer

Emily Line, Vice President of Commercial Services for Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®) has been named one of the nation’s top 20 women in commercial real estate tech by CREtech, the industry’s largest platform connecting the commercial real estate and tech sectors.

A veteran commercial real estate professional who works tirelessly to redefine the industry, Emily is one of 20 extraordinary individuals recognized by CREtech’s 2018 Women in Commercial Real Estate Tech: The Top 20 Female Leaders and Influencers list.

“Women play a significant role in today’s commercial real estate tech industry,” said the organization in a recent release (Feb. 7, 2018). “Under their leadership, guidance and mentorship, the commercial real estate tech sector has grown substantially within the past few years.”

Emily is passionate about educating on data driven insight and has maintained her academic prowess in Interdisciplinary Research (integrating information, data, techniques, tools, perspectives, concepts, and/or theories to solve problems) throughout her career. She works alongside local and state REALTOR® Associations, national real estate companies, and colleges and universities, as well as a variety of technology companies to explain the role of technology and analytics within the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to RPR, Emily managed Development and Outreach for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Division of the NAR, where she provided national legislative updates, delivered timely CRE research and connected REALTOR® members with continuing education opportunities. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for CommissionTrac, an Atlanta based company who delivers cloud-computing solutions for CRE commission tracking.

Emily will be a featured speaker at CREtech’s {HER}oic event on March 8, 2018 in New York City. This event will celebrate women in commercial real estate and will feature some of the most dynamic influencers and top thought female leaders in commercial real estate.

As a third generation University of Michigan alumni, Emily makes every effort to cheer on her “Maize and Blue” athletic teams. She earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus in community organization and economic planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College. She devotes a great deal of time to volunteer work on the Board of Directors for Special Days Camp, the second longest running pediatric oncology camp in the world.
