When Debbie works with sellers, she uses RPR to establish home values that only REALTORS® have insight to. “When I go to listing appointments, RPR gives me advantages I wouldn’t have otherwise,” said Debbie. She also uses RPR when working with buyers, focusing on neighborhood information, statistics, foreclosure, and short sale properties. In fact, Debbie says RPR has helped her increase her business by $30,000 so far!
