Rural agent’s adaptability lets technology do the work for him
Ron Zahrt
Wausau, Wisconsin
Ron Zahrt has seen many technological innovations since joining the real estate industry in 1979. Throughout his nearly four decade career, Ron has embraced each advancement, knowing his success would be heavily dependent on whether he stayed ahead of the techno curve. “You use technology or you won’t be in the business for very long,” Ron asserts.
The Challenge
Although the Internet has given people a sense of what their home might be worth, it isn’t always accurate. As such, Ron knows that he might have to undo some thinking on his client’s part. That’s where RPR® comes in. “Being from a rural area, people tend to think that we don’t have the same technology that you’d have in a larger city,” said Ron.
The Outcome
Thanks to RPR, Ron has been able to shift to an almost paperless presentation and delivery of reports. “It’s really powerful when you can put that iPad in the hands of a seller and sit at the table with them and show them the strength and weaknesses of the property. All that comes right off RPR. Those reports are just dazzling to people – they can’t believe it can be done.”
“The best part of using RPR reports is how easy they are to create and how impressive they look,” said Ron. “My client was very impressed. He thought that I had done tons and tons of work, and I did, but I used RPR to do the work for me.”
