Paving the Way: 100 MLS Partners and Counting

We are pleased to announce that Realtors Property Resource has past another significant milestone today! We’ve now partnered with more than 100 MLS’s; which represents over 265,000 REALTORS® across the country. If you’re interested in reviewing the locations, check out our MLS Partners map. Please take into consideration that each map pin represents the MLS entity that signed an agreement. In some cases that might be a regional MLS that serves multiple cities.

Dale Ross, RPR CEO says “It’s extremely gratifying to have so many early adopters both with MLSs and Brokers eager to bring RPR to their marketplace. We know that the demand will increase as REALTORS® begin to see numerous ways where access to RPR’s tremendous data and reports will assist them with their clients and customers.  We’re preparing for a very busy fall and winter.”

This announcement comes just days before we release version 1.0 of the RPR application, which signifies RPR’s completion of successful beta testing in thirteen markets. Most importantly, it marks the beginning of our phased rollout to NAR’s REALTOR® members.  All 100 of these early adopter MLS partners will have the benefit of the RPR’s robust national data sets, integrated with their active and off market data available for their REALTOR® members in 2010.  Equally exciting is that we still have a few launch times remaining in 2010 for MLSs that complete the contract process with RPR in the next few weeks.

RPR has many NYS MLS’s participating. Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors will be the first in the NYC metro to launch later this year. We’re hoping LIBOR will soon become part of the RPR family!

    Hi Danny,

Leadership and staff are working closely with agents and brokers in the market to evaluate all options available to them. We have a very nice line of communication with Merri Jo Cowen, the CEO. RPR has presented to several large audiences and has sent, upon Merri Jo’s request, additional information to help them in their decision making. We feel the relationship is a good one and My Florida MLS is making every effort to truly review the benefits of the RPR in the marketplace but no commitments have been made

Just logged in today for my 1st preview today. OMG – The data is unbelievable! RPR is like the WIKEPEDIA of real estate with community facts of all kinds at one’s fingertips. Can’t wait till NW Indiana (GNIAR) comes on board! Hope it’s soon.
    Sincerely,
