I wanted to post a few frequently asked questions to get the thread started. If you don’t see your question below and it isn’t answered in the video, please post it! I’ll respond as quickly as possible and it will help others who are probably wondering the same thing.

    Q. The video is buffering too much, how do I fix it?
    A. If you go to the cog icon on the video player you can adjust the quality of the video, the lower the number the faster it will load.

    Q. Where does on market for sale and for lease data come from?
    A. On market data comes from RPR agreements with local MLS, CIE and CMLS organizations. We do not receive listings from CoStar, Xceligent, Loopnet or CommercialSearch.

    Q. Why won’t my pdf attach like is shown on the video?
    A. It is probably a secured PDF. If you are the creator of the PDF you can go into the document settings and change the permissions to un-secure it.

    Q. Where do I go to set up the broker branding for reports?
    A. Your office will need to sigh up for our Broker Tools, http://blog.narrpr.com/broker/enroll/.

The app and the website are two different platforms so the interfaces will be different in certain parts. There is less scrolling on the app, however you will see scrolling on the app in areas such as the property detail page.
