While there is no special license required to work with commercial clients, it is highly recommended to find a commercial mentor with experience in the field and to get as much education as possible as you begin your career. For training I’d suggest looking at some of the CCIM offerings https://www.ccim.com/education/?gmSsoPc=1 as well as any of the commercial training available at your association. Commercial deals can be highly complex and you want to make sure you know how to guide and protect your client, as well as yourself.

Hey Nathan Thank you so much for the overview. It was very insightful and really gives me a better idea of how to use the technology. Last year I joined CCIM just so I could have access to STDB and it cost me over 500 on top of what I pay for MLS. Now I can get it all here. Thank again Nathan. Give me a ring if you are ever in South Florida. Cheers!

We have spoken to a few folks at these companies but at this point we haven’t found a path to partnership yet. Maybe with the new site new opportunities will arise and we are always open to working with any partner that Realtors are using.

If you want to see comps in RPR you would just want to do a “All Property” Search. You can then filter the results by sold date range and any other building factors such as square footage for example. From there you can even do a print page to print out a short description of each building. All of that said if you are looking for a CMA tool like on residential there is no such thing on commercial.
