I wanted to post a few frequently asked questions to get the thread started. If you don’t see your question below and it isn’t answered in the video, please post it! I’ll respond as quickly as possible and it will help others who are probably wondering the same thing.

    Q. The video is buffering too much, how do I fix it?
    A. If you go to the cog icon on the video player you can adjust the quality of the video, the lower the number the faster it will load.

    Q. Where does on market for sale and for lease data come from?
    A. On market data comes from RPR agreements with local MLS, CIE and CMLS organizations. We do not receive listings from CoStar, Xceligent, Loopnet or CommercialSearch.

    Q. Where does the Economic, Demographic and Tapestry Segmentation data come from?
    A. RPR aggregates data from multiple 3rd parties. Esri provides the bulk of this information though by making government and private sector data accessible, an example is the US Census Report. They also develop their tapestry segments independently to understand community preferences.

    Q. Can I run an investment analysis from a mobile device?
    A. Yes, on every property detail page you will see the Investment Analysis Icon (The $ with a magnifying glass over it)
