    I have a need for doing a comp analysis on a piece of land that is for a rebuild and one that is for subdividing a piece of land that is over 5 acres. I would like to show the builder 1) What the lots would be worth upon subdividing the property 2) What the price of the lot will be once the home is torn down 3) What would the new build be worth in the areas of these two properties.

    I run the system using different scenarios but if these options were available on one search would be great.

    I use and teach RPR for different uses. I feel this would be an added touch. There are so many areas that are revitalizing that this would be perfect to show developers on the residential side.
