Important updates to your RPR account

New to RPR Mobile

Comp analysis enhancements

You now have the option to reorder, rate (worse, same or better) and add notes to selected comps. And the six comp limit has been lifted, giving you the ability to add and adjust as many comps as you need to create the perfect CMA.

Please note the RPR app has been optimized for iPhone X.

Logged-in time extended

RPR will now “remember” you for 90 rather than 30 days when logging on. Note that Mobile users who have screen lock enabled (password, pattern swipe, fingerprint or facial recognition), will have an extended 90-day login. Non-secure phones will default to a two-week login session.

Tenant data

Commercial tenant data is officially mobile. Practitioners can generate stand-alone reports or include the data in RPR Property Reports. See the option next to homeowner information within Property Details to generate a stand-alone report .

Note: The stand-alone option is only shown on properties where tenant data is available.

New to the RPR Website

Adjustment to price displays

We’ve heard that agents want more control over the price(s) that shows on comp analysis subject properties via the RPR Seller’s Report, so this latest update offers a remedy. Prices will now display using the following hierarchy, according to the property’s status.

Off-market properties

  • Refined Value (if the user has refined the property value)
  • Estimated Value
  • Comp/Sales Comp Analysis Price (based on values in the comp subject property grid on the report)

On-market or recently off-market properties

  • Refined value or the most recently recorded price

We have also added an option to the Seller’s Report to allow users to suppress the comp analysis result and/or range.

Best Retail Businesses chart

The report title for the Commercial Best Business Report now includes the chart type and geography name. The change provides users context when the chart is calculated for a larger geography.

Now, while working with a custom-drawn area in RPR Trade Area Reports, you can name the area and have it automatically show up on the report’s cover page. The name will also appear on on the report’s charts and graphs.

Recently/last sold display

Now, the most current sold deed information is displayed over older listing sale information. The change helps users easily identify recently sold properties which were not listed in the MLS.

Price per SqFt on leases

Lease Price per square foot and Annual Lease Price per square foot are now available on commercial lease property details, search results and reports.
