New Buyer Tour Report

Putting together your next buyer tour just got a whole lot easier with RPR’s new Buyer Tour Report for app users. The workflow starts with a simple search. From there you will select properties to tour, determine the order you’d like to see them in, and then create a colorful, client-friendly report to share with your buyer. The new tool can also be used for open houses and when scheduling showings.

Create your next Buyer Tour by visiting the Reports screen on your RPR app.

More on RPR reports …

In addition to the new Buyer Tour Report, we’ve also included a Create a Comp Analysis option on the reports screen. Also, the report options are now driven by the information entered in the area search box. For example, when an area is entered, address-specific report types are grayed out, and when an address is entered, all report types are available.

Easier access to residential and commercial data

Get a broader view of data by jumping into RPR Commercial and vice versa from within the app’s property search filters. Changing the mode will change the property types and filters available.

Use the app without enabling location services

Now, use your RPR app without enabling location services. Prompts will appear when you open the app. From there, select Enable Location Services or Set Override Location or ignore the prompts and go directly to the magnifying glass to begin your search. Note: Not all app features are available without location services enabled.

MLS data sharing for REALTORS®

RPR View™ offers REALTORS® the ability to see which MLSs are sharing their data from outside your MLS coverage area. This month, we’ve added a new tool that allows you to see the data share status of MLSs in your home state and across the United States, as well as which types of data that MLS is sharing. A link is available on the Settings and Profile pages below your MLS or CIE information.

Quick Print option

Check out this handy new quick-print option on the search results screen that allows you to quickly print listings for showing purposes.
