Introducing RPR mobile™

We have exciting news today as we share that RPR mobile™ is now available for your Android phone and iPhone. RPR mobile™ combines the power of your smartphone with the strength of RPR, allowing you to easily search and locate any property around you, create and send company branded reports, even view local market statistics, anytime, anyplace.

Powerful Homepage

The RPR mobile™ homepage allows you to track current market activity and even click right into what’s happening around you. Or swipe to the right and get market trends, and swipe again to search by any address, zip code or more. To set one of these as your default, press down on the home icon in the top right of the desired screen.

Mapping and List View

By leveraging your smartphone’s GPS, RPR mobile™ allows you to review neighborhood activity around you, or a specific radius, in detail. Pan and zoom the maps to search in different areas. The recent activity is color-coded, and when zoomed in to street level, gray pins representing public records properties appear including RVM® estimates for each property within view. To learn more about any home, just press on the property icon to display the quick view.

Prefer to view the properties in a list? Simply switch to List view. Each item in the list can be swiped to the left to display additional options such as: create a report, call agent, and add photo, text, voice notes. The notation features offer REALTORS® a unique way to build their personal property database. All notes, photos or recording are only displayed for your account. Additionally, text and photo notes can be included on the reports you create for clients or customers.

I hope this app delivers —
this is a powerful tool. The RPR site is powerful anyway. Giving it to us as an app with the features mentioned in this article takes it to the next level. I think this is another tool to separate the strong agents from the pack of fair to average agents. Being able to email in a matter of minutes the impressive RPR reports to a prospect or client gives me that WOW! factor.

Scott, maybe your MLS doesn’t have an agreement with RPR. That is the only way it will show active and pending listings.

New to RPR, in fact just noticed it as a link in our MLS dashboard. Saw the post about the app and ran to see if it was going to be as content rich as the website. Somewhat of a learning curve but I can tell after just the first 5 minutes playing with it that it’s going to be well worth the effort.

I notice that not all MLS listings show up in the app, when I’m in a map and it’s automatically pulling all nearby listings. I don’t see any Recently Sold listings, either. Otherwise, it’s a really nice app.
Will it be available for iPad soon?
