If you didn’t get a chance to make Inman Connect this year, you missed out on a great time and lots of information. But you are in luck, I recorded one of Marty’s sessions on Thursday-RPR Reverb: Should MLSs Love it or Fear it? The panel discussion was lead by Michael Wurzer, of FBS Data Systems. Also included on the panel were both Brian Larson and Jim Duncan.

I think that this is fantastic. I just heard about RPR at our under 40 professional group through the board. It is about time the MLS systems lose their complete control over how we market our listings.

This is great. Currently, I have to visit 2 or 3 websites and possibly make several phone calls to get the most up to date information on many properties. This could be an all inclusive site to find answers.

Finally…For years I have been an advocate for a one source data system.
Land seems to be on the back burner of our industry and really needs the attention it deserves. For everything begins with Land and without it, we have nothing…
