See What’s New: August 2018

This month’s product release from RPR has some great new features that will add to your on-the-job efficiencies. Check out the new Buyer Tour Report for RPR app users and the handy quick-print option, as well as some other ‘need-to-know’ updates.

Mobile/Tablet

App users will appreciate the new thumbnail view on RPR Mobile. The sleek new interface delivers a larger photo and options menu with shortcuts to Create Report, Save Property, Add Note/Photo and Call Agent.

School data gets an upgrade

(available on both RPR Mobile™ and the RPR website)

RPR has transitioned from GreatSchools to Niche®, the industry’s fastest-growing school data provider. The new data-rich content aims to provide REALTORS® with in-depth knowledge of schools that can be leveraged to help buyers seeking homes in good school districts. The changeover introduces new data elements, which include teacher, academic, overall school grades and school districts side-by-side comparisons.

As an added bonus, school data will now show in RPR Commercial. The new dataset can help REALTORS® determine an income property’s rental value based on school attendance zones and more.

Specific metrics include:

  • Total enrollment
  • Students per teacher
  • Average GPA
  • Math and reading proficiency
  • Percentage of gifted students
  • Number of students enrolled in AP
  • Graduation rate
  • Average ACT and SAT scores
  • Average teacher salary
  • Percentage of teachers in the first or second year
  • Written school reviews

New option on buyer tours & comp analyses

RPR Mobile’s most popular reports just got an upgrade! An enhancement to the map search tool allows users to quickly add off-market properties to a comp analyses and buyer tours. New map functionality automatically displays off-market property pins at zoom level, making it easy to add any property.

New market snapshots and stats

New market snapshots are available on the ever popular RPR Market Activity Report. The latest additions provide REALTORS® and their clients increased visibility of local market conditions and trends dating back to 36 months. The new snapshots feature heat maps and related metrics for estimated home values, 12-month change in estimated home values, concentration of distressed properties, market list and sales price.

This release also introduces a new report element, Market Activity Summary Stats, which delivers an easy to read map and statistical summary of properties included in the report.

Maponics Update

The latest Maponics update focused on walkability scores plus neighborhood, residential and school attendance shapes and names.
