See What’s New: February 2017

RPR’s first release of 2017 is all about the clarification, display, and presentation of data. Numerous enhancements to existing features have been made, such as the addition of Under Contract properties to the comps search feature, new price display options on the RPR Property Flyer, a handful of helpful new displays on RPR Mobile™, and input on square footage calculations, among others.

New Under Contract Search Capability

Residential users can now include Under Contract properties in comps searches. The new feature will assist agents who belong to MLSs that report Under Contract properties in a format other than a pending status.

New Price Display Options on RPR Property Flyer

RPR’s Property Flyer now includes the option to display one of six different pricing values. Previously, the Property Flyer displayed a listing’s offer price and/or an off-market property’s estimated value. The new values include:

  1. Estimated Value
  2. List Price
  3. Sold Price
  4. Refined Value
  5. Comp Analysis Estimate
  6. Sales Comp Analysis Estimate

Proximity to Subject Property on Seller’s Report

The approximate distance between a comp and the subject property displays during the Comp Analysis workflow, and now this information is shown in the Seller’s Report as well. Note: To sort comps by the new proximity field, rearrange them in the workflow before running your Seller’s Report.

Three Enhancements to RPR Residential Lease Data Displays

1. When searching for leased properties, RPR now shows the leased amount when a property is rented rather than displaying the for lease amount.

2. RPR previously presented all information fields, regardless of the available data. Today, any fields without information are hidden.

3. Information which initially showed as a code, e.g. 8MH, is now displayed as the appropriate definition for the code, e.g. month-to-month.

Clarification on Square Footage Calculations

Different markets use varying square footage calculations for living area within residential dwellings. Now, where square footage is displayed within RPR’s Property Details page, hovering over the Living Area information bubble (italicized i) will explain the calculation in detail.

Suppress Estimated Value in Seller’s Report

RPR sales charts no longer display the subject home’s value if you choose not to show the property’s in the Seller’s Report. This selection is made when generating a report.

RPR Mobile™

  • RPR’s investment analysis tool, Valuate®, is now available on both the platform’s website and mobile app.
    • For lease properties will display on the app’s home screen, when available. Also, we’ve added the option to set search filters for both for sale and for lease properties.
      • The app’s new zoom and pan features allow you greater control over maps shown on RPR’s Property Details screen.
        • Now, you can easily toggle between RPR’s Residential and Commercial modes from the top of the Settings menu.
          • Lastly, swipe left to right on your app to view historical mortgage information.
