See What’s New at RPR: May 2017

The May edition of See What’s New at RPR includes several user-friendly refinements such as streamlined account creation and password reset processes, newly-added report features, and map updates.

Account Creation

RPR’s streamlined process reduces the amount of information you need to supply when creating your RPR account. The new system also includes a link to easily lookup your NRDS number.

Password Resets

Need to reset your password but can’t remember the security question? The new password reset process will get you back to using your favorite REALTOR® product without having to contact Customer Support for assistance.

Market Activity Report Enhancements

RPR’s Market Activity Report now includes New For Lease and Recently Leased statuses, advanced search filters (value range, beds, baths, living sq ft, lot size and year built), and a new “sort listings” option.

Also, step up your credibility by including the new “About RPR and Our Data” in your reports (excludes the RPR Property Flyer and Market Data Report).

Maponics Update

The Feb/March 2017 Maponics update includes neighborhood and residential names and shapes.

zipForm Integration Enhancements

Now, when creating a transaction from a public record, users can select Listing, Purchase, or Lease as the zipForm Transaction Type.

RPR Usage Stats

User stats reported in Association Dashboards now reflect a member’s actual usage rather than MLS usage. The change also includes secondary association members. This will provide more appropriate information for AEs interested in how membership uses RPR.

A new “unique users” metric includes one- and three-month counts to easily track trends.

Mobile

Login Screen & Password Resets

RPR is excited to introduce a new look and feel for its mobile login screen.

Also, a new process allows users to reset passwords on their mobile devices without having to visit the website.
