What do login issues, mobile apps, and search inquiries have in common? They each rank among the top ten most common inquiries received by the Call Center at Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®).
RPR’s call center, housed in Omaha, Nebraska, fields phone calls, chats, and email requests from REALTORS® across the country. Abe Wagner, a veteran residential practitioner from Donegal, Pennsylvania, found the support team immensely valuable in helping her find answers to questions she had on RPR. “Generating the reports was really cool and very easy,” Abe said. “When I came across small stumbling blocks, I called the tech support group. And they were fantastic!”

1. I want to be on RPR right now! Where do I find it and how do I create my account?

You can find RPR at www.narrpr.com. From the homepage, click “Create a new account” and a sign-up wizard will walk you through the steps.
To make the process as smooth as possible, make sure you have your NRDS ID handy (as only REALTORS have access to RPR). You can find your NRDS number here: https://reg.realtor.org/roreg.nsf/retrieveID
Also, make sure you know your Agent ID from your MLS as well. This will ensure you gain access to your MLS listing data, if they’ve partnered with RPR.

2. I need RPR on-the-go. Do you have a mobile app and where can I find it?

RPR Mobile™ is a fantastic mobile app that you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Simply search for “RPR Mobile™” in the Apple or Google play store to start your download journey. You’ll use the same login and password as you do for the website, and if you haven’t created an account you can do it directly from the app as well.
Just a head’s up: RPR Mobile is coming to your iPad and Android tablet this August, so be sure to look for that announcement.
3. I’m all set up in RPR, but I need to change my picture, update my agent ID, add my phone number and other stuff.

Click on the gear icon on the upper right of any page on RPR and you’ll be directed to your profile page. This information is important to enter and keep updated, as it’s what’s reflected on all RPR reports you generate.

4. How do I start searching in RPR and then filter down to the areas I need?

There are a multitude of ways to search in RPR depending on what you are looking for. The homepage of RPR showcases our basic search, as well as advanced search options and filters. Enter an address, city, zip code, county, township, or even an MLS listing ID to begin your search. From your results, filter further by adjusting your preferences on the right, and at any time you can search anew again by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen.
