Access RPR’s report sharing feature directly after generating your report, or press the Recent button found at the bottom of the RPR app homescreen. Then press the Reports tab to reveal a share button next to each previously created report. From there, available options will change based on iOS or Android operating systems.

  • On iOS: Scroll the available app to the far right. Then press the …More link. Now, turn on the apps that you want to be able the report link with.
  • On Android: As you download apps to your phone, those that allow for sharing will become available from the Share picklist.

    These are great. But I’d really like RPR to get into direct mailings with the click of a button. Your reports are some of the best. It would be nice to create a flyer/mailer of just sold, my recent sales, or active listings directly from RPR and mail to a farm

    Is there a way to automate sending out neighborhood reports, say on a monthly basis? This would be to keep past client in your sphere.

        Hi Carlos, we do have the idea of automating reports in our roadmap. I must mention that very little in regards to automating reports is actually simple. But next week we are beginning the closed beta test of next generation reporting from RPR. This will be a foundation that in some future point we can get to automating. Keep following these updates and we’ll share progress.
