3 Creative Ways to Deliver Your Next RPR Report

In a fiercely competitive real estate market, it’s important to do everything you can to stand out. Meeting your clients when and how they prefer, with extra special touches, could serve as your tipping point.

Here are three simple, creative ways to deliver your next RPR report that will definitely distinguish your services as unique.

Creative Delivery Method One: Apps

Clients obviously have a variety of preferred methods of communication. Some embrace email; others choose to text. Many consumers even prefer to send and receive messages through social media sites like Facebook. What does this mean for today’s REALTOR®? You need a reporting solution that offers flexible delivery options.

Look to the RPR app for a host of report delivery choices. Using the app’s Share feature, REALTORS® can quickly deliver one of the platform’s multiple property and seller’s reports by virtually any means of communication. The technique is easily employed through the app’s Share feature. From there, it’s easy to send the report’s URL to the app of your choice, including ever popular choices such as text message, email, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, and even link shortening apps like Bit.ly.

Access RPR’s report sharing feature directly after generating your report, or press the Recent button found at the bottom of the RPR app homescreen. Then press the Reports tab to reveal a share button next to each previously created report. From there, available options will change based on iOS or Android operating systems.

  • On iOS: Scroll the available app to the far right. Then press the …More link. Now, turn on the apps that you want to be able the report link with.
  • On Android: As you download apps to your phone, those that allow for sharing will become available from the Share pick list.

Creative Delivery Method Two: Video Email

Oftentimes, the opportunity to meet prospects or clients face to face is hampered by distance, personal schedules, or even preference. Yet, you know that nothing conveys professionalism and expertise more than personal interaction. There must be a way to virtually, if not literally, meet your clients “where they are.”

BombBomb, a video marketing platform, helps REALTORS® prove their “client first” commitment by offering intuitive, low-cost, and creative digital communications solutions.

With BombBomb, you can create a personalized video message and email it to clients within minutes. And because the app is integrated with RPR, REALTORS® can seamlessly include an RPR report. Then by way of real-time alerts, see when your client has interacted with the email. These live notifications are key in determining the best time to follow up.

PRO TIP: A 2015 survey of BombBomb customers who’ve sent at least 10 videos reported an 81 percent increase in responses.

Creative Delivery Method Three: Courier

Courier services are growing in popularity and for good reason. In most cases, couriers offer same day delivery service at a cost lower than traditional shipping methods, such as express and overnight. Most even work weekends and evenings.

Sweeten your next listing appointment by creating a prelisting package that includes an RPR Property Report along with your personal testimonials, sales history, resume, company profile, sample documents and contracts, marketing calendar, and related checklists. Then have the package delivered by courier before the listing appointment. It’s a great way to wow your prospect while also offering key marketing information that could streamline the listing presentation itself.

For REALTORS®, using a courier service to quickly deliver a compelling prelisting presentation demonstrates a commitment on your part to keeping things moving forward in a timely manner.
