Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®) contracts with trainers to conduct onsite, instructional classes with REALTORS® at local or state associations, MLSs or Brokerages. In classes that last about an hour, trainers show agents how to put the power of RPR to work in their businesses, impressing their clients and empowering them to make smart decisions. This includes a variety of class topics, including Basic level and Advanced topics:
- Working with Sellers to create a listing presentation
- Working with Buyers: conducting property searches, mapping, reports
- On-the-go access to property data, market trends, and client-friendly reporting with RPR Mobile™.
What kind of experience do I need?
An RPR contract training position would be a good fit for candidates with experience in the real estate industry and, more specifically, with experience in real estate training, especially with regard to technology tools. Candidates should also be able to quickly absorb, translate and teach technical information, and be able to work with continually changing systems and materials, as RPR is always evolving to meet the needs of agents.
How much does it pay?
RPR compensates contract trainers $150 for each class taught, plus a mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate—up to 200 miles each way.
