Top RPR Next Gen Report Fixes: From Beta to Better Than Ever

RPR (Realtors Property Resource®) Reports have come a long way. From the dependable, but static Legacy versions to today’s smart and dynamic Next Gen Reports, the shift is more than a cosmetic upgrade—it’s a full-on transformation rooted in how real agents work.
Whether you’re pulling comps for a CMA, crafting a custom market update or prepping for a listing appointment, RPR’s Next Gen Reports were built to make every step smoother, faster and more client-friendly.
And now, they’re officially taking the lead!
The “Beta” phase is over and Next Gen Reports are now the go-to reporting option in RPR. That means Legacy will soon be phased out and the new Next Gen system will move to the front and center of the user experience.
How Next Gen Started: Built on REALTOR® Feedback
Every feature in Next Gen Reports is the result of listening—really listening—to the real estate pros who rely on RPR day in and day out. Before a single pixel was placed, the RPR team studied how agents used reports in the field: what worked, what didn’t and what needed to evolve.
The result? A report system that reflects the way modern REALTORS® work—whether they’re at the kitchen table with a seller, in the field with buyers or prepping a pitch for investors.
Here’s what REALTORS® asked for—and what RPR delivered with the initial launch of Next Gen:
From Beta to Better: What We Improved Based on Your Feedback
As soon as Beta launched, RPR added a feedback button directly in the report interface—and agents delivered! Every comment, suggestion and bug report was read, reviewed and prioritized.
Here are some of the top fixes and enhancements that have been made as a direct result from user feedback:
- 1
Simplified Report Actions & Buttons:
Many users struggled with finding how to download reports and were also confused by the term “Run Report.” RPR streamlined the experience by breaking out the action buttons and making the button labels more clear. “Save”, “Share” and “Download” are now accessible in the top blue navigation bar, and “Download” now includes a clear arrow icon to reinforce the action. - 2
More Intuitive Template Names:
Template names were updated to be more recognizable—such as “Buyer,” “Seller,” and “Site Selection”—so agents know exactly which to use and when. - 3
Easier Access From Anywhere:
RPR added global navigation access to the Reports section, allowing users to jump in no matter where they are on the platform. - 4
Seller Net Sheet Link:
For Buyer, Seller and CMA reports, a quick-access link to the Seller Net Sheet was added to display estimated seller proceeds. - 5
Accordion Cleanup:
To declutter the interface, only one accordion section displays at a time on the customize page—making editing more focused and easier to navigate. - 6
Collapsible Sidebar for Small Screens:
This new feature lets users collapse the sidebar, giving more space to work on smaller screens or laptops. - 7
Custom Market Trends Filters:
Users can now select multiple Market Trends metrics to better tailor insights to each client or use case. - 8
Filter Label Updates:
Filter language was standardized across templates—so “Filters” are now clearly labeled “Market Activity Filters” throughout. Adding additional Market Activity property filters ensures that users are only including the properties they want–which was a popular request.
Built for You–Shaped by You
Next Gen Reports are the direct result of thousands of agents speaking up—and RPR listening. From usability improvements to powerful new features, every fix was made with one goal in mind: making you look like a pro in front of your clients.
There’s no better time to jump in, build your custom templates and see how smart, dynamic reports can help you stand out and win more business.
