Goodbye Legacy Reports
We are sunsetting our Legacy Reports. You can no longer create a Legacy Report, but you can access reports you have previously created on the Reports List screen for 30 days from when they were created.
We are unable to recover a report that has expired. Please download any reports that you need to retain before they expire.

This is it! It’s time to move entirely to our dynamic, easily customized, and shared Next Gen Reports! Start with an RPR Template, customize it, and save the personalized version as your own custom, reusable template to use again and again!
Every 48 hours, when the report link is clicked, a new report will be generated with updated information (such as prices, listing statuses, and public record data). Reports will be saved in RPR for one year from when the report link was last clicked.
AI CMA
We have added an easy-to-use CMA, currently in Beta phase, that leverages AI to provide reliable pricing strategies and price and market assessments using comp data, market trends, and comp stats, tailored for either a Buyer or a Seller. AI CMA helps you have smart pricing decisions with your clients.
Based on your expertise and knowledge of your local market you can change which comps are used or add your own, rank the property features to recalculate the comp Scores, verify and correct Subject Property facts, and add notes. The AI CMAs can be accessed from the AI icon and the Pricing Tools section on the residential Property Details page and the Reports page.
Seller AI CMA: Each pricing strategy includes a Price Assessment, a Buyer Psychology analysis, Potential Outcomes, and an AI Strategy Opinion.
