Your Step-by-Step Lead Magnet Plan
This guide walks you through building a form on Jotform that captures leads and delivers the correct RPR Market Activity Report based on the ZIP code the user enters. Perfect for REALTORS® using dynamic report links to automate lead follow-up.
Step 1: Clone the Pre-Built Jotform Template
To make setup fast and easy, start by cloning our ready-to-use form:

Step 2: Customize the Fields
When you clone the template, all the essential fields will already be there:
- Full Name (Required)
- Email (Required)
- Area of Interest (ZIP Code Selector) (Required)
You can leave them as-is—or make small edits to fit your style.
(For example, you can change “Area of Interest” to “Which ZIP Code Are You Interested In?”)

Step 3: Create the Autoresponder Email
After someone fills out your form, you’ll want JotForm to automatically send them their Market Activity Report.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Emails > Autoresponder.
- Click Edit or Create New if needed.
Set the Subject Line:
Your [ZIP] Market Activity Report is Ready!
Write the Email Body:
Hi [Name],
Thanks for requesting your local Market Activity Report! Here’s your link:
[Insert ZIP-specific link here]
If you have any questions or want help understanding the trends, just reply to this email.
– [Your Name]
Tip: You can personalize your autoresponder even further by inserting the person’s name or area automatically if you want to make the message feel even more custom.
Add Your Dynamic RPR Report Link:
When inserting the Market Activity Report link into your email, make sure to create a clickable hyperlink—not just paste the raw URL.
- Highlight the text you want (e.g., “Click here to view your report”).
- Click the link icon in the JotForm email editor.
- Paste your dynamic RPR report URL (the one you copied after running your report).
This is how your leads get the market activity report automatically—the report will dynamically update every 48 hours without you lifting a finger!
Step 4: Set Up Conditional Logic for Emails
Now, let’s tell JotForm which email to send based on the area (ZIP code) your lead selects.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Conditions > Change Email Recipient.
- Click Add a New Condition.
Create rules like this:

ZIP Code = 98754 | Send 98754 report email |
ZIP Code = 98755 | Send 98755 report email |
You can add more conditions anytime if you serve multiple areas or ZIP groups.
Tip: If you only have a few areas, keep it simple. Two or three customized emails are often plenty to start.
Step 5: Customize the Thank You Page
You can create a personalized thank-you message based on the ZIP code your lead selects.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Thank You Page.
- Choose Show a Thank You Page after submission.
- Customize your Thank You message with your own wording.
- Click Add Field inside the editor. Insert a merge field (like {areaOf}) wherever you want dynamic info to appear.

You’ll receive the report by email shortly.
Step 6: Publish and Share Your Form
Once your form is ready, it’s time to share it with your audience.
You have two easy options:
Option 1: Get a Shareable Link
Perfect if you want to send the form by email, add it to Linktree, or post on social media.
- Click Publish at the top of your JotForm editor.
- Copy the Direct Link to your form.
- Share it anywhere: email blasts, Instagram bio, Facebook page, website links, QR codes on postcards, and more!
Easy, fast, no technical setup needed.
Option 2: Embed the Form on Your Website
Perfect if you want the form to live directly on your site.
- In JotForm, click Publish > Embed.
- Choose your preferred method:

- Copy the embed code and paste it into your webpage where you want the form to appear.
