MADISON, N.J., (July 25, 2013) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has launched an internal campaign to its franchise network endorsing the benefits of the Realtors Property Resource® (RPR) launched by the National Association of Realtors®, including encouraging immediate adoption of the system.
RPR gathers extensive national, regional and local data that allow NAR REALTOR® members the ability to access property and market trend information for over 150 million properties in the United States.
All of the Coldwell Banker® franchised companies supported by RPR-participating MLS’s have access to customized reports, branded with the company logo and name. Coldwell Banker University®, recently ranked as the top training platform in real estate by Training Magazine, will soon roll out a learning program for its franchisees which will focus on Neighborhood and Market Activity reports, along with the Comps Analysis, which provide valuable insight to both buyers and sellers to help them make the very best decisions.

Huskey is also encouraging the Coldwell Banker franchised brokers to work with their MLS leadership if they are not yet participating in RPR.
