RPR Says “Goodbye” to Retiring VP of Data Support, Donna Rauch

Donna Rauch, Vice President of Data Support at RPR (Realtors Property Resource®), will be embarking on a well-deserved retirement on July 31st, 2024.

Donna’s tenure at RPR has been marked by her exceptional leadership in overseeing MLS and CIE listing data aggregation, as well as ensuring the accuracy and reliability of public records data since RPR’s inception. Donna joined RPR in November 2009 and skillfully formed a dedicated implementation and support team for MLS and CIE data, as well as a proactive research and support team for public records data.

Her deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality standards have played a pivotal role in shaping RPR’s data services. Donna has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with MLSs and CIEs, collaborating on data mapping and ensuring seamless data integration.

Janine Sieja, RPR’s Senior Vice President, Product Management, shared, “Donna did more than anyone at RPR to ensure accurate and timely data from all sources. Her leadership in implementing and managing more than 500 unique data feeds set a benchmark for excellence that will be greatly missed.”

As Donna transitions into retirement, RPR is fortunate to have experienced leaders such as Shawn Meissner and Elishwa Khnanisho, who are ready to step in and uphold the high standards Donna has established. Their dedication ensures continuity and continued excellence in data management at RPR.

Shawn Meissner: Vice President, Quality Assurance & Data Support. Shawn will be leading the Quality Assurance and Data Support teams for RPR. In his new role, he will continue to lead the QA department, which handles the overall quality of the RPR platform and applications.

Elishwa Khnanisho: Director, Data Support. Elishwa will lead a team of residential and commercial listing data and public records support representatives. Her team will be responsible for the property data from data sources, ensuring the quality of RPR’s data feeds.

Donna Rauch’s Tenure at RPR

Donna’s journey at RPR began in November 2009, where she, like many other original RPR’ers, came over from Cyberhomes, the startup real estate portal that the National Association of Realtors acquired to form RPR. Before that, she was the MLS Support Manager for eight years at Move, Inc.

Her favorite part of working at RPR has been the team’s commitment to NAR member interests. When asked about overcoming the challenges of remote work, Donna says that she found joy in having her dog by her side, although she did miss the daily interactions with colleagues in the office.

Among Donna’s fondest memories is a July 4th, 2012, staff meeting and gathering in Washington, D.C., where RPR families came together to watch fireworks—a testament to the enduring bonds formed at RPR over the years.

Donna’s words of wisdom

Looking ahead, Donna plans to dive into retirement with enthusiasm—starting things off easy with frequent trips to the library. However, she also has some more ambitious goals to tackle such as half-marathons, climbing Mt. Fuji, and skiing the Swiss, French and Italian Alps. She also looks forward to enjoying precious moments in Oceanside, CA, with her loved ones, including her grandchildren.

Her career at RPR has been defined by hard work and collaboration. Her impact will resonate for years to come and she will be missed by all.

To her colleagues, Donna leaves these words of wisdom: “Keep your mind and heart open to learning and loving.”
