South Carolina MLSs Unite to Launch Palmetto Referral Network, Expanding Regional Reach

Chicago, IL, September 30, 2024 – Five leading Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) in South Carolina—Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS^®, Greater Greenville Association MLS, Lowcountry Regional MLS, the Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc., and Aiken Association of REALTORS^®—have joined forces to launch the Palmetto Referral Network, a data sharing collaboration that will open greater access to property data for more than 14,000 REALTORS^® in South Carolina.

This strategic collaboration, facilitated by RPR View™, the data-sharing platform within Realtors Property Resource^® (RPR^®), offers an unprecedented level of access to on-and-off market property data, plus referral opportunities, for REALTORS^® across multiple regions of the Palmetto State.

It opens up a world of new opportunities by giving them access to listings and market data across South Carolina,” says Laura Crowther, CEO of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS^®, the second largest MLS in the network with a notably high RPR usage rate. “Our members can now expand their reach and offer clients a more comprehensive service, strengthening relationships and driving business growth.”

The sentiment is echoed by Chris Bailey, CEO of the Greater Greenville Association MLS, who noted that over half of his MLS’s members frequently utilize the RPR platform, “By leveraging the Palmetto Referral Network, agents can efficiently access listings across multiple MLSs, providing their clients with the best options while saving time and boosting transaction efficiency.”
